In our commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring the utmost care for your art pieces, we offer complimentary Kintsugi repair services if your artwork, purchased from Kaolin, is damaged during shipping,  Terms and conditions apply. If the item is broken more than 7 days after delivery, we offer Kintsugi repair as a paid service. Here's how the complimentary service works:

Contact Us: If your art piece arrives broken, reach out to us immediately. We'll guide you through the next steps to ensure your piece is handled with care.

Mail the Piece: You will need to mail the damaged piece back to us or to one of our collaborative Kintsugi service providers. We will provide the necessary details and addresses.

Traditional Kintsugi Repair

Our skilled artisans, along with our partners, use traditional Kintsugi techniques involving urushi (漆) and other natural materials to repair the piece. The process is delicate and typically takes about two months, allowing the urushi to properly cure and work its magic, ensuring a durable and beautiful repair.
